What to write about

Write about a transcription that failed or came out badly, or a file this browser would not open. You can also write about a download that would not start, a question about what is stored or deleted, or a mistake on a page.

Useful things to include are your device and browser with its version, the audio format you tried and the length of the recording. Add the exact message the page showed. Please do not attach the recording itself — we do not want a copy of it.

Please also keep names, case details and other private content out of the message. The tool does not send your audio to us, and a description of the problem is enough to start with.

What to expect back

We answer what we can. We do not promise a response time, and we cannot open or repair a recording we have not received. The most we can usually offer is an explanation of what the page did. We can also suggest what to try next, such as another browser, a shorter section of the file, or a different format.

We cannot recover a transcript you did not save: nothing you produce here reaches us unless you press Save to my account. To delete your account and everything in it, use Delete my account on the account page, or write to us.
