Useful things to include: your browser and its version, the audio format you tried, the length of the recording, and whether the model finished downloading before it failed. Please do not attach the recording itself — we do not want a copy of it, and the whole point of this tool is that we never receive one.
For the same reason we cannot recover a transcript for you. Nothing you produce here reaches us, so there is nothing on our side to look up, restore or delete. The one exception is your message itself: we keep it while we answer you, and we will delete it if you ask.
